Coaching Package 3
This level of program allows the athlete more personalised attention with unlimited program reviews and contact with the Activ Coach. This level of program is for the devoted cyclist with advanced goals and requirements.
- An Initial consultation is required to work 1 on 1 with the Activ Cycle coach in program development
- Personalised training program developed around clients specific goals, which may incorporate Activ Cycle Coaching Centre training sessions
- Program delivered monthly, adjusted as necessary
- Unlimited training program reviews
- Unlimited Heart Rate/ Power file assessment
- Coach and client initiated contact
- 1 on 1 review with an Activ Cycle coach at any time by appointment
- 1 Max Heart Rate and Lactate Threshold Test per month
- Minimum 6 month commitment
- 1 month free when you commit to 12 months payed in advance. (Non Refundable)
